FAQ About PR Application
1. Why should I use Top Notch Immigrations when I could handle it myself?
Although filling out an application may seem straightforward, there are more than ten different components of your profile that the government will consider when evaluating your application for PR/Citizenship. In addition, there are several additional aspects that are not well-known to the public, but which we can advise on due to our extensive knowledge and connections. Our singapore pr application specialists can recommend different agencies or organizations to help you build your case, and we can provide viable solutions to every aspect of your life in Singapore that may be considered by the reviewing authorities. Our expertise in strategizing is crucial in the case-building process. Do not leave something as important as your PR/Citizenship application to chance.
We ensure that our clients’ documents are of the highest quality and comply with the requirements of the reviewing authorities by utilizing our extensive knowledge and experience. We have a paperless system that is accessible through a secure portal, and all documents are securely stored in our system and private network, which is an uncommon practice in the industry. We keep our Document Controllers updated on all the latest changes to the system, ensuring that your final application is not unexpectedly rejected during submission.
Our personalized service ensures that our clients can adhere to a workable timeline that promises an unrushed submission that remains as fuss-free as possible. We exercise great flexibility with clients to minimize physical meetups if and where necessary, which translates to minimal disruption to their schedules.
2. Pricing Discrepancies in Consultancy and Agencies, Ranging from Cheap to Expensive
We have noticed a significant difference in the prices quoted. Unfortunately, it seems that the prices are often tied to the client’s income level.
At Top Notch Immigrations, we are committed to long-term partnerships with our clients, and we strictly follow our internal pricing guidelines. We believe in providing fair pricing based on the amount of work required, not on the size of your pay check.
We take a meticulous approach to every case, assigning a dedicated Documents Controller and Consultant for the entire service period of at least one year. While the amount of work we do justifies higher prices, we promise to deliver top-quality and excellent services for less.
3. What is the cost of your service for PR or Citizenship applications? Is there any hidden cost or marketing gimmick involved?
We have a transparent fixed pricing plan that is tailored to fit each client’s profile and needs, without any hidden costs or marketing gimmicks. Our services involve comprehensive checks to ensure that all documents meet the reviewing authorities’ standards, and we use our insider knowledge to present the best case forward for our clients, eliminating potential rejection risks. Our charges are based on two factors: the immediate family size of the applicant and the complexity of the case, such as a prior criminal history or having been rejected multiple times by the ICA/MOM.
4. The Accuracy of Promised Approval Rates by Consultancy Firms
We recognize that each case we handle is unique and cannot be approached with a one-size-fits-all method. That’s why we will carefully review your entire profile during our consultation and explain your current and improved chances of success through our services.
Make an appointment with us today, and you’ll see the difference for yourself.
5. What is Singapore PR (SPR)?
Singapore Permanent Residency is one of the most sought-after immigration statuses in Singapore, second only to citizenship.
